Poem of the Amish Guest House We enjoyed ourselves it was a wonderful stay Unfortunately it was only for one day All the cloths and things on the wall that are Amish Even the toys, beads, furniture and dish The bed was so comfy I slept like a baby It was a long day, was I tired, well maybe Up the next morn the coffee was great Just the way I like it in a cup, hot and straight As I sit at the table writing this pearl I looked out the window and saw a squirell What better way to tell the story, I was in the town of Intercourse. The people in California would ask is there such a place, and I would just say, of course . Dick & Norma Grove,  Oroville, Cal.

We love it more with each visit – this is really our “home away from home.” This house is just so special to all of us – you make everything about our stay here very special, cozy & we enjoy ever minute. Your words were 100% true! "Once you stay here you won't want to stay in a hotel anymore!" Your guest house was home away from home. My family enjoyed every minute of it. We have had a most wonderful time at “The Amish Guest House.” It has been more than we ever expected! We will certainly recommend it to all of our friends & will be certain to be back. We especially enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the Amish buggies go by. Being within walking distance of town was also wonderful. Your house is so charming and full of history.
